What’s an AI minute? One minute of recorded consultation that Simplis transcribes and turns into notes. Typing notes or prescriptions by hand doesn’t use minutes. Starter has no AI features. Need more AI? Add a 500-minute top-up for ₹499 (one-time) any time.

Billing questions
How does the free month work?
Pick a plan and set up UPI Autopay or a card. You pay ₹0 today and get every feature of that plan for a month. The first charge happens when the free month ends — cancel anytime before that and you won’t be charged.
Does Starter include AI?
No. Starter (₹699/month) is a digital clinic without AI: prescription builder with quick meds, Rx templates and a 3.7-lakh medicine database, rule-based drug-interaction and allergy checks, typed notes, booking, clinic website, certificates and payment tracking. Voice notes, AI SOAP notes, AI prescriptions and DocGPT start with Professional (₹1,999/month).
How is the Poly-clinic plan priced?
₹1,499 per doctor per month, for 2 to 10 doctors — for example, 3 doctors is ₹4,497/month. Each doctor adds 1,500 AI minutes to a shared pool, 2 staff accounts and 1,000 WhatsApp messages a month. Bigger hospital? Talk to us about Enterprise.
What if I run out of AI minutes?
AI features pause when you reach your plan’s monthly minutes — there are no surprise per-minute charges. Typing notes and writing prescriptions by hand keep working. Need more? Buy a top-up: 500 minutes for ₹499 (one-time), added right away and usable until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — annual billing is 2 months free: Starter ₹6,990/year, Professional ₹19,990/year and Clinic ₹14,990 per doctor per year.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel autopay anytime from Plan & billing in the app or from your UPI app. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See our refund policy for details.
What happens if a payment fails?
Razorpay retries automatically and we remind you on WhatsApp and email. If it isn’t sorted out within 5 days, Simplis becomes read-only: you can still view, print and export your records, but new consultations pause until you renew. Your records are never deleted.
How do I pay? Is GST added?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay through UPI Autopay or a card mandate; Simplis never sees your payment details. GST not applicable — not registered under GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.
