1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SimplisLabs platform ("Service"), operated by SimplisLabs Pvt Ltd. ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for licensed medical practitioners in India.
2. Description of Service
SimplisLabs provides AI-powered clinical documentation tools including voice-to-text transcription, clinical note generation, prescription management, appointment booking, and patient communication. The Service is a clinical decision support tool and does not replace professional medical judgment.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information during registration, including your name, medical registration number, and state medical council. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Doctor Verification
All doctor accounts undergo verification against the National Medical Commission (NMC) register and relevant State Medical Council records. You must maintain a valid medical license throughout your use of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail verification.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful clinical purposes. You will not: (a) share patient data with unauthorized parties, (b) use AI-generated content without clinical review, (c) misrepresent AI-generated notes as manually authored without review, (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or (e) use the Service to generate false medical records.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated clinical notes, prescriptions, and suggestions are provided as decision support only. You, as the treating physician, bear full clinical responsibility for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it becomes part of a patient's medical record. The Company is not liable for clinical decisions based on AI outputs.
7. Patient Data & Privacy
You are the data controller for patient information entered into the Service. We act as a data processor. You must obtain appropriate patient consent for storing and processing their health data through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
8. Subscription & Billing
Paid features are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual plans within 30 days of purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its AI models, software, and design, is the intellectual property of SimplisLabs Pvt Ltd. Clinical notes and patient data you create remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, failure of doctor verification, or non-payment. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data may be deleted per our retention policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
