Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparent, fair billing. Here's how refunds and cancellations work at SimplisLabs.

1. Free Trial

SimplisLabs offers a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan after the trial ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier with limited features.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after your subscription ends.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if you request cancellation within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date. After 30 days, you may cancel at any time, but access will continue until the end of your annual billing period without a refund. The prorated refund is calculated based on the number of unused full months remaining.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, email billing@simplis.in with your registered email address and the reason for cancellation. You can also cancel directly from the Settings page in your SimplisLabs dashboard. Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the subscription. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Non-Refundable Items

One-time setup fees (if applicable), add-on purchases such as additional SMS or WhatsApp message credits, and custom integration development charges are non-refundable.

7. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. You will retain access to the higher-tier features until the end of the current cycle.
